Our CeralGran chick pea flour HT is made from whole chick peas. Before they are ground into flour, they are hydrothermally treated (HT) in a special process by SchapfenMühle. This refining process makes our chick pea flour immediately usable. Our chick pea flour is vegan and high in protein, aligning with the growing trend toward a healthy, plant-based diet that includes pulses. Chick pea flour also scores highly in terms of water absorption, ensuring freshness in the final product.
