Our CeralGran chick peas HT are made from whole chick peas and hydrothermally treated (HT) in a special process by SchapfenMühle. This refining process makes our chick peas immediately usable and ready to eat. This product is vegan and high in protein, aligning with the growing trend toward a healthy, plant-based diet that includes pulses.
