Our CeralGran cracked peas yellow HT are made from yellow peas and hydrothermally treated (HT) in a special process by SchapfenMühle. This refining process makes our cracked peas immediately usable and ready to eat. This product is vegan and high in protein, aligning with the growing trend toward a healthy, plant-based diet that includes pulses.
