Our CeralGran emmer is made from emmer kernels and is slightly enlarged in a special process – puffing technology – using pressure and steam. The emmer kernels retain their original shape while their texture changes, which lets them be used in bread and other baked goods without the need for a pre-dough or a pre-dough based on thermal treatment.
