Our CeralGran lentil flour HT is made from whole lentils. Before they are ground into flour, they are hydrothermally treated (HT) in a special process by SchapfenMühle. This refining process makes our lentil flour immediately usable. This product is vegan and high in protein, aligning with the growing trend toward a healthy, plant-based diet that includes pulses. Lentil flour also scores highly in terms of water absorption, ensuring freshness in the final product.
