Our CeralGran lentils HT are made from whole lentils and hydrothermally treated (HT) in a special process by SchapfenMühle. This refining process makes our lentils immediately usable and ready to eat. This product is vegan and high in protein, aligning with the growing trend toward a healthy, plant-based diet that includes pulses.
