Quark dish

Roasted oat flakes:


Wash the fruit and cut into small pieces.

Mix the quark, yoghurt and linseed vitality mix, stir until smooth and then put in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 

Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a pan and roast the oat flakes while stirring constantly.

Arrange the cooled roasted flakes with the quark and fruit in layers in glasses.

The quark can be sweetened as desired.
