SchapfenMühle was founded in 1452 and is now run by the fourth generation as a medium-sized family business.
With over 200 employees, we are the specialist for innovative products that are created from grains. Aside from flours, flakes, cereals and baking ingredients, we have specialised in the ancient cereals of spelt and emmer.
From our locations in Ulm and Dornstadt, we supply both national and international customers with our grain products.
