Trust in our collaboration with our grain suppliers is extremely important to us. We have been working with many farmers for a number of years, even across several generations. At our Jungingen and Neenstetten locations we record all common types of grain, either directly during harvest or following the harvest.
We were pioneers in the field of spelt and have long promoted its cultivation in the region. We have been offering farmers contract farming in spelt for over 30 years.
We were also the driving force behind emmer and offered cultivation contracts in the region for the first time in 2013.
For every farmer, in particular when it comes to specialist cereals, cultivation contracts provide security in the selling of the harvest.
