Schapfen Malzbrot Plus

For malty-aromatic, seeded malt bread; with a high proportion of malt and oilseeds.

Good reasons for using it

A ready-to use mix for a dark, robust malt bread with wheat, rye and popular oilseeds, which, in addition to the oat flakes, provide for the nice seeded note. The dark crumb colour and slightly tangy taste come from the high proportion of grain malt.
