Good reasons for using it

A concentrate for making maize baked goods in Mediterranean style. In addition to a high proportion of maize semolina, the product contains active baking components, sunflower seeds and seasoning to round off the taste. It goes without saying that the dough is stable and trouble-free to process. For variations, dried chilies or tomatoes can be added. This product is characterised by the maize-yellow colour of the crumb and its loose crumb structure. The taste of these baked goods is determined by the added ingredients and can range from pleasantly mild to spicy or really hot.
