Just like our coarse rye flakes, our fine rye flakes are also wholemeal flakes. Here, however, the rye kernels are first crushed and only then steamed and rolled into fine rye flakes in a particularly gentle process. All the important vitamins, minerals and fibre is thereby preserved.
