Our oat flakes are wholemeal flakes. In a particularly gentle process, the whole oat kernels – which are cleaned and dehulled beforehand – are steamed and then rolled into oat flakes. This preserves all important vitamins, minerals and fibre. Oat flakes contain, among other things, beta-glucan, which has been shown to lower cholesterol levels and aid digestion.
SchapfenMühle offers standard qualities, as well as flakes "made to measure".
