Our big spelt flakes are wholemeal flakes. In a particularly gentle process, the whole spelt kernels are steamed and then rolled into spelt flakes. This preserves all important vitamins, minerals and fibre. Besides oat flakes, they are also a popular choice of cereal flake in muesli mixes.
