With the “Schapfen Vari-Rühr” pastry premix, moist and fluffy spelt- and wheat-based cakes are created in a unique variety of ways. Aside from the free choice of flour, you can also choose between oil and butter. The amount of sugar to be added is also flexible. The pastry premix offers a wide range of options when it comes to producing an individual product and thus meeting customer requirements. The finished batter has excellent flow characteristics and is easy to spread. The final product has a soft and moist crumb structure, while it also wins over all with its great freshness and the stability you would expect from a classic fruit cake. With “Schapfen Vari-Rühr”, a deliberate focus was placed on achieving a restrained underlying aroma, thereby leaving room for individual fine tuning. With an application rate of 30 – 40 %, the cake premix will win over all users thanks to its cost-effective use.
