Millet possesses a second husk (spelt) surrounding the grain kernel, which provides natural protection against external environmental influences. The protective husk is removed during a complex dehulling process. The millet then develops its unique aroma under heat treatment, and the treated millet grains are rolled into flakes.

Our millet flakes make a valuable contribution to your balanced, fibre-rich diet and can be used in a variety of ways. They are very well suited for refining muesli and for use as a refining ingredient during cooking and baking.
