Other focal points are constant baking controls and advising customers on any technical questions. SchapfenMühle gives you new ideas and solves your problems and is happy to answer any questions you may have about recipes and baking issues.
In our application technology department, highly trained and very experienced master bakers work every day to develop practical processing recommendations for new developed and existing SchapfenMühle products. In addition, production-accompanying baking tests are held in our in-house bakery in order to always guarantee the quality and safety of our products.
