Schapfen Dinkel-Joghurtbrötchen

For hearty, seeded spelt yoghurt or spelt malt small baked goods with yoghurt and wholemeal spelt sourdough.

Good reasons for using it

A tasty bread roll baked from 100 % spelt flour, combined with yoghurt as well as mild wholemeal spelt sourdough and sunflower seeds. The tender crust and the light, mildly acidic taste give this bread roll its character. Spelt flakes and sesame support its appetising appearance.
