For a hearty, aromatic wholemeal spelt bread with wholemeal spelt flour and wholemeal spelt sourdough.

Good reasons for using it

High-quality 100%-mix with wholemeal spelt sourdough for making fine wholemeal spelt bread. Only add yeast and water to prepare the dough. Knead dough well and prepare as recommended. The mix is ideal for decorating bread. It creates the look and more flavour. The breadcrumb is flour-like, with a few sunflower seeds, a little soya and seasoning. The moist crumb and the aromatic bread flavour are true winners.
