CeralGran wholegrain rye granulate

Our CeralGran wholegrain rye granulate is made from high-quality corn. Our corn is modified by a physical process using pressure, temperature and mechanical energy. Through this process, the granulate can absorb up to five times the amount of water of their own weight - without any cooking or brewing, with a soaking time of only 15 minutes.

Usage

• Addition to the dough for bread, small baked goods and sweet yeast doughs to extend the shelf life and a soft crumb with a shorter bite
• For baked goods that are easy to declare without E numbers
• For decoration, a good variety on your bread shelf and a crispy crust
