Product details

Our medium-coarse rye meal is a whole grain meal. During production, the rye kernels are crushed ("sliced") by the roller mill. Rye meal is often used in bread / small baked goods to keep the products fresh. However, it is usually still boiled or subject to thermal treatment.

• Pre-dough / pre-dough based on thermal treatment
