A variable and economical concentrate comprising grains and oilseeds for making dark, rustic bread and bread rolls according to your own recipe, including using the knead-in method. Wholemeal rye sourdough and roasted malt are included in proportional amounts. Depending on the type of baked product, sourdough or bread roll baking agents must be added. The baked goods are individually characterised by our own quality specifications. The recipe recommendations ensure an appetising quality.
