The Schapfen Dinkel Classico concentrate combines artisan tradition and modern technology and guarantees outstanding results for making your 100 % spelt baked goods. Due to an application quantity of just 25 %, the concentrate is highly variable in terms of use and is suitable for bread, bread rolls and small baked goods. The baking results are characterised by significantly improved freshness, a short bite and a moist crumb. A pleasant, subtle crust and the pure spelt taste round off the finished goods and guarantee a special moment of food heaven. With Schapfen Dinkel Classico, wholemeal baked goods can also of course be made.
