For a savoury, rounded, mildly acidic, aromatic spelt roll with wholemeal spelt sourdough, which can be made with various oilseeds and/or spelt flours.
A concentrate with active baking components that has a broad range of possible applications for making small spelt baked goods. The spelt content must be supplemented and can also be varied with emmer, spelt flakes or other types of flour. Other additives such as honey, oilseeds or yoghurt are ideal and give the final product an individual touch. The dough is suitable for machine processing in the bread roll machine. Each roll type is individual, both in terms of appearance and taste.
Available in conventional cultivation quality.
