Schapfen Kornling

A concentrate for making aromatic bread rolls and rustic small baked goods; selected seasoning mixture and sourdough for a hearty flavour.

Good reasons for using it

Concentrate for making rustic wheat-based small baked goods. Flour and baking agents are also added. The doughs are stable and suitable for all types of processing. Ingredients such as linseed, whole grain meal and soya add that pleasant seeded note. Selected bread seasoning and sourdough guarantee a robust flavour. The crumb is well-loosened with a pleasant colour, and the softly splintered crust leaves nothing to be desired. A deliciously savoury baked product. It goes just as well with beer as it does as a snack in the snack bar.
