A concentrate for making aromatic rolls with rye meal, grain rolls or multigrain rolls with a high proportion of meal and bran. Rounded off with a unique blend of seasoning.
Concentrate for making rustic wheat-based small baked goods. Flour and improver are also added. The doughs are stable and suitable for all types of processing. Linseed, bread seasoning and sourdough guarantee a hearty bite with an intense flavour. The crumb is well-loosened, it shows a pleasantly dark colour and the softly splintered crust leaves nothing to be desired. A deliciously savoury baked product. It goes just as well with beer as it does as a snack in the snack bar.
