For making a mildly aromatic, moist, seeded sunflower three-grain bread. With the best of wheat, rye, spelt and many sunflower seeds.

Schapfen MühlenKorn is a tried-and-tested concentrate for bread and bread rolls with active baking ingredients and a variety of cereals and oilseeds. The optimum baking quality is achieved by using a soaker. The soaker makes the crumb moister and improves the freshness of the baked goods. The doughs are resilient and easy to work with.
