Schapfen MühlenKorn is a tried-and-tested concentrate for bread and bread rolls with active baking ingredients and a variety of cereals and oilseeds. The optimum baking quality is achieved by using a soaker. The soaker makes the crumb moister and improves the freshness of the baked goods. The doughs are resilient and easy to work with. The well-baked products leave nothing to be desired and will be sure to win you over with their appetising crumb colour, clearly visible variety of ingredients, and their aromatic flavour.
