For a grainy, seeded and more compact wholemeal spelt bread or wholemeal spelt sunflower seed bread with a mildly acidic, aromatic flavour.

Good reasons for using it

The product contains high-quality spelt flour products, as well as mild wholemeal spelt sourdough and other active baking ingredients. Spelt wholemeal flour and sunflower seeds are to be added. When baked according to the recommended recipe, good liquid absorption and reliable processing are guaranteed.
