Just like our coarse spelt flakes, our fine spelt flakes are also wholemeal flakes. Here, however, the fine spelt kernels are first crushed and only then steamed and rolled into fine spelt flakes during a particularly gentle process. All the important vitamins, minerals and fibre is thereby preserved.
