"Spätzle" are a Swabian pasta speciality that can be enjoyed in countless variations and, when homemade, their taste is simply unbeatable. Our coarse-grained wheat flour is a special blend of wheat flour and medium-coarse grain soft wheat flour, which provides the dough's necessary stiffness, thus resulting in beautiful and al dente Spätzle and pasta.
