Schapfen Baguette 3 % has been specially created for making baguettes and crusty rolls. The dry, kneadable dough is easy to shape and handle. Its stability throughout the final proofing stage and a great split surface texture guarantee a typical, open and irregular poring of your baked goods. The aroma and taste are characterised by the high proportion of dried wheat sour dough and the way the baguette is made.
