Versatile mix for making bake-proof fillings and batters. By adding milk/water, whole egg, crumbs or marzipan, the filling’s consistency can be adapted to your operational requirements. With cinnamon, vanilla or gingerbread spice, the fillings can be modified in taste. “Schapfen Haselnuss” is also the ideal hazelnut product for making nut cakes, nut slices (“Nussecken”) or nut cake bases. The fillings and baked goods are moist, they have an intense hazelnut flavour and are real winners in terms of quality.
