Modern pastry mix for making a wide range of poundcakes and slabcakes. Whether with baking margarine or oil – simply mix all ingredients together using the “all-in” method and stir until frothy. Good consistency and flow characteristics of the batter are what distinguish this “Schapfen Rühr fein” product. The same goes for the delicate and moist crumb structure of the baked goods. If desired, fruit, nuts or chocolate can also be added to the mixture.
