Wheat germ contains the most precious component of the wheat grain – the germ bud. This is carefully extracted during milling before being gently roasted. Wheat germ is rich in natural vitamin E.

Our wheat germ makes a valuable contribution to your balanced, fibre-rich diet and can be used in a variety of ways. With its aromatic taste, it is ideal for refining mueslis and for use as a topping on salads and soups. If possible, do not use the wheat germ for cooking, otherwise the valuable ingredients will be lost.
