Quark

Roasted oat flakes

Preparation

Wash the fruit and cut into small pieces.

Combine the low-fat quark, yoghurt and flax seed vital mixture, stir until smooth and then chill for approx. 30 minutes.

Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a pan and toast the oat flakes, stirring constantly.

Arrange the cooled flakes with the quark and fruit in layers in glasses.

TIPP: 
The quark dessert can be sweetened to personal taste.
