Good things don't need much. A 100%-mix for an original bread based on the Italian model. Best wheat and durum semolina with a little amount of active baking ingredients and sea salt. Olive oil is added only at the end. Intensive kneading and long dough resting are the decisive factors. Our Italian friends do the same. The bread is simply fantastic! A rich crust with a coarse crumb and unique taste. Only natural ingredients, time and masterful skill.
