Our CeralGran durum wheat is made from durum wheat kernels and is slightly enlarged in a special process – puffing technology – using pressure and steam. The durum wheat kernels retain their original shape while their texture changes, which lets them be used in bread and other baked goods without the need for a pre-dough or a pre-dough based on thermal treatment.
