Schapfen "Meine Mühle" BasisKorn

For making clean label, rustic grain rolls, special bread rolls, mini-baguettes and seeded bread with linseed, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Wholemeal baked goods are possible.

Good reasons for using it

A clean label concentrate for making light-coloured three-grain or multigrain bread and bread rolls using the "single-stage (direct)" rising method” or the "knead in" method.

Vary to your heart's content! Entirely individual to suit your own baking recipe. You determine the quality and possible additions of other raw materials in your baked goods; the same applies to the dough rising. Both are possible with a soaker using the "single-stage (direct)" rising method or the "knead in" method. "Schapfen "Meine Mühle" BasisKorn" is a concentrate of grains and oilseeds with a little wholemeal rye sourdough and roasted malt. Totally straightforward and reliable: 

  • when using the single-stage rising method, sourdough or improver for rolls are added, depending on the type of baking
  • simply knead in the prepared soaker without any other ingredients into the finished bread or bread roll dough.
