Good reasons for using it

Classic wholemeal spelt sourdough for all large and small spelt- and wheat-based baked goods. Its invigorating, mild aroma gives the baked goods their characteristic taste. Reliable processing, great baking characteristics and an appealing baking volume are guaranteed. The baked goods turn out firm to cut and stay fresh for longer. Adding it to yeast-raised doughs, such as sweet breads, also brings with it some technical advantages when processing and in the finished product.
